About Us ...

Ládudu (papaya leaf in Vietnamese) was created by our founder Teresa Le back in 2009 after she was made redundant from her job at a leading IT company. Ládudu started as a small business teaching Vietnamese cooking in private homes and cooking classes around London ("Success Story: Teresa Le, Ladudu Ltd").

Teresa has been cooking Vietnamese food from a young age, her style of cooking has developed from generations of skills and knowledge mixed with her own modern techniques. Ládudu Restaurant Café is Teresa's first big food project, a joint venture with some passionate foodies who came to one of Teresa’s cooking classes and fell in love with the food she made that spurred them to invest.

At Ládudu we aim to provide the best food, the best service and a comfortable environment for you to enjoy Vietnamese food like how it should be enjoyed – fresh and healthy. We source the majority of our products with the environment in mind and support charitable causes where possible.
